Hi, I’m Florenia! I graduated in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Education (BSE), where I studied child and adolescent psychology, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding children’s behavior, development, and emotional needs. Since coming to Japan in 1995, I have been teaching English and caring for children, and I always ensure that each child feels safe, respected, and understood. I adapt my communication style depending on the child’s age and personality, and I remain calm and flexible when handling different situations, creating a stable and positive environment for children while parents are away.
