“Our experience with Hiromi was nothing but great.
The communication prior to the babysitting night was good and we felt comfortable from the get go. She asked for our 4 year old son’s night time routine and he likes so she could connect with him directly.
On the night of the babysitting, Hiromi arrived on time and she immediately made our son feel comfortable.
She sent regular updates with pictures throughout the night.
Two months after our son’s one night with Hiromi, he still asks about her and when he’ll be able to see her again. We would highly recommend Hiromi for anyone looking for a babysitter in Tokyo.”·

“It was my first time to Japan and my husband had a convention to go to. While he was there I really wanted to explore Tokyo but I didn’t feel comfortable traveling to the city by myself with my 4 year old. Travel Nanny sent us Hiromi—the sweetest, most helpful nanny & guide. She a native Japanese but she speaks excellent English and helped us navigated the train system which can be confusing. She got us around safely, carried the stroller, showed us the sites and taught us about Japanese culture. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
